Appointment experience
Before the visit: book online, add a concern, reschedule, and pre-approve service. Two paths — a first-time customer, or a returning one who skips the vehicle questions and sees their history.
Shop experience
The unified shop platform: one familiar shell (modeled on ProViewIQ) hosting modules (DVI, PoS, CRM). The shop home, with the modules turned on adapting the menu and dashboard. From here, work the inspection queue, estimates, pricing, and the rest.
OpenMotorist experience
The customer side: open the inspection from the link, understand each finding with photos, ask questions, and approve the work.
